Journey to a Healthier Me is the name of my blog that chronicles my adventure – and misadventures – in weight loss. I’ve lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for nearly five years, but my journey to being a healthier person is not just about the number of pounds I’ve lost. I have set many other “life goals” that have nothing to do with the number on a scale or how many miles I can walk or what size jeans I can fit into. My Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Plan allowed me to set goals that focused not only on my physical health, but also my emotional, spiritual, financial, intellectual and vocational health and the health of my relationships and overall character.
Having a written plan for all areas of my life has helped me stay focused on what is really important to me and what I want to achieve. In the past five years I’ve achieved many of the goals I’ve set before myself. Take a peek at my blog to see what I’m up to next.
